Services

SereniPath Advocacy provides patient advocacy, care navigation, administrative support, and resource coordination services. We do not provide medical, mental health, or legal services.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, remain responsible for healthcare/insurance decisions, and understand outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Fees & Payment

Fees are disclosed prior to engagement. Payment is due as agreed. Services may be paused or terminated for non-payment.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee insurance approvals, medical results, or provider availability.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for provider actions, insurance determinations, delays, or third-party outcomes.

Termination

Either party may end services at any time. Fees for services already rendered remain due.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
