Clarity, calm, and support when healthcare gets overwhelming.

SereniPath helps you organize care, understand next steps, and communicate effectively with providers and insurance — without crossing into medical advice.

Not medical advice. Not for emergencies. If you have urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.

Founder’s Note

For over a decade, I have worked within the healthcare system in a variety of roles—supporting patients, navigating insurance processes, handling claims, coordinating care, and working behind the scenes where many people never get to see how decisions are made. Over those years, I gained not only professional experience, but a deep understanding of how overwhelming, confusing, and frustrating healthcare can be for patients and families.

SereniPath was born not just from my career, but from my heart.

I created this business after watching a loved one struggle through their own healthcare journey—feeling lost, frustrated, and unsure of what to do next. There were moments when they didn’t know what questions to ask, what to expect, or why certain services were denied or unavailable to them. I saw firsthand how discouraging it can be when you’re already dealing with health challenges and are left to navigate a complex system on your own.

I realized how many people are quietly going through the same thing—trying to make sense of appointments, insurance language, discharge instructions, referrals, and next steps—without clear guidance or support. SereniPath exists to bridge that gap.

I am called to serve patients, caregivers, and families who need clarity, reassurance, and someone in their corner. My goal is to help you feel informed, prepared, and empowered—so you’re not walking this path alone. Supporting others through these moments is deeply personal to me, and it is an honor to help bring calm and understanding to what can often feel like an overwhelming process.
